姜润峰律师，2024年正式执业，深耕担保类追偿权纠纷、劳动争议、合同纠纷、涉外民商非诉与个人涉外业务、涉外争议解决等领域。为数十名在华外籍人士提供工作签证法律咨询、劳动者权益保护咨询、在华永居条件法律咨询、代理外籍人士在华劳动争议解决。为多家行政机关和国有企业、民营企业和机构提供法律服务，包括担任常年法律顾问，提供专项和诉讼法律服务。

His practice focuses on guarantee and recourse disputes, labor and employment disputes, contract disputes, cross-border non-contentious civil and commercial matters, cross-border private client services, and international dispute resolution. He has advised dozens of foreign nationals in China on work visa requirements, employee rights protection, and permanent residence eligibility, and has represented foreign individuals in employment dispute resolution proceedings before Chinese authorities. In addition, he provides comprehensive legal services to a broad range of clients, including administrative agencies, state-owned enterprises, private companies, and other institutions, serving as standing legal counsel and handling both special advisory and litigation matters.
